Just so this stays a little more current.... starting my second year at my awesome job, got engaged over the summer and looking at a 2 to 3 year engagement, and also kinda planning on moving in a few months (shhh don't tell my current landlord, who is also my former boss).

I have no real art to put up here and I haven't really written anything in awhile, so you could say my "art" has become stagnant.  I have had a few ideas flopping around in my head for a Boys over Flowers story and maybe a BBC Sherlock story but I doubt they will ever be put to paper.  I've had a few old ideas resurfacing again as well but the words don't seem to come out right.  I did doodle something for Mad's Sakana, but I think I lost it.

Anywho I'm just filling space into this journal because really short journals bug me and since there's only like three people who read this anyway I thought I would make it a bit more interesting than the last one that I had up here a little over a year.  So I'm just going to keep rambling and you can stop reading this whenever.

I'm kind of anxious for this new school year to start, especially because last year I felt like I was pulled in 5 different directions and I had my assistant to help me.  This year I am alone in the library and am terrified that I won't be able to handle it and I will disappoint people because I won't be able to get done the things I would like too.  I know it's silly to expect myself to do everything but, ah, such is life.

I have some new fandoms I am delving in (totally not obsessed or anything), like Sherlock from BBC, Game of Thrones (the books, haven't seen the show yet), Hunger Games (just saw the VMA trailer, so excited for March!), Sandman by Gaiman, finishing up Fables, and still reading Boys over Flowers stuff and watching the live action dramas (oh Netflix you are my bane and my blessing).

I guess I'll end it here because I really don't know what else to say, I was just kind of bored and started typing so.......

So I have learned the one thing that I truly loathe....and love......the most.  Cliffhanger endings.  I just finished reading DragonSlippers by i can't remember who right now....but the whole story was amazing and well written.  Even the ending was good.  BUT the author being a sadistic person on my poor soul left the ending with the main character and the man who should have been proposing to her searching for someone a dragon (who was their friend)they thought was dead.  That's it.  There had better be a freaking sequel to this book or I will hunt the author down and make her write one.  Seriously.  I Will. Hunt. Her. Down.

BUT IM GONNA BE WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it starts while im at camp working with these stinking little kids and they can go home and watch it....but me....im stuck in the woods.........Oh how those children will suffer if they ruin it for me..........
